The pasta in this product is made to be enjoyed just like that, al dente, and has been specially made with very thin walls allowing it to cook much more rapidly than conventional types of pasta, taking about four minutes of cook time. Along with this uniquely designed pasta, we have added delicious ingredients including Porcini mushrooms and cheese to make a creamy Italian classic. The Porcini mushrooms' woodsy, nutlike taste mix well with our 100% durum wheat semolina quick cook pasta to create a blend of flavors inspired by Italy itself.
