This unique lasagna is made with the same love I feel when I cook for my family at home. It includes a combination of ground beef and short rib. Beef is ground in-house and gently cooked, the short rib is cooked slowly at a low temperature until it is tender and juicy; ripe tomatoes are simmered with carrots, the secret ingredient to real Italian sauce; "al dente" lasagna sheets are made with my signature dough.
