Preparation & Usage

How to Apply 1. Slip toes and ball of foot through opening, ensuring Neo G strap is on ankle. Wrap upper strap around ankle and secure fastener 2. Wrap long strap under foot and secure inner fastener to the support. Continue to pull the elasticated strap across the front of the foot 3. Pull elasticated strap behind ankle and over the front of the foot in a figure of 8 motion securing to the front strap. Adjust straps until firm but comfortable
