Preparation & Usage

1. Place a melt at the gum line on the outside of a molar, upper or lower, with the white side touching your cheek 2. Use your tongue to push the melt to a comfortable spot. Let sit for 10 seconds to not disrupt adhesion. Place tan side to your gum holding for 10 seconds for comfortable relief. White side melts to coat, moisturize, and lubricate.
