Preparation & Usage

Hand wash probe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not immerse in water. Wipe probe with rubbing alcohol to disinfect How to use: Do Not leave this thermometer in meat while cooking 1. Insert prove at least one inch, into the thickest part of meat and away from bones, fat or gristle 2. Hold in place for 15 - 20 seconds or until the display stabilizes 3.
