Ingredients
2 cups Bowl & Basket long grain white rice
1 Bowl & Basket cinnamon stick
2 cups Bowl & Basket whole milk
1 can Bowl & Basket evaporated milk
1 can Bowl & Basket sweetened condensed milk

1 ½ tsp Bowl & Basket vanilla extract
Bowl & Basket ground cinnamon, for serving

Directions
  1. Rinse the rice until the water runs clear, then combine the rice, water, and cinnamon stick in a large pot. Bring to a boil on the stove, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until rice has absorbed all the water.
  2. Stir in evaporated milk, condensed milk, sugar, and vanilla. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to a simmer and cook gently for another 10 minutes or until thickened and rice is soft. Remove the cinnamon stick. Note: Rice pudding will continue to thicken after you remove it from heat, so keep this in mind!
  3. Remove from heat and let cool. Serve warm or refrigerate until chilled and serve cold. Dust with cinnamon before serving if desired.
