Ingredients
12 oz. Ronzoni Elbows
3 Tbsp butter
1 ½ Tbsp rice flour
1 ½ cups milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup shredded Gouda cheese
salt and ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, melt butter in a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Add rice flour; cook 1 minute, stirring until smooth.
  4. Add milk, stirring frequently, until thickened.
  5. Add cheddar and Gouda; stir until smooth. Add pasta to cheese mixture; season with salt and pepper.
