Classic No Bake Mac and Cheese

Ingredients
12 oz. Ronzoni Elbows
3 Tbsp butter
1 ½ Tbsp rice flour
1 ½ cups milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup shredded Gouda cheese
salt and ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
- Prepare pasta according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat.
- Add rice flour; cook 1 minute, stirring until smooth.
- Add milk, stirring frequently, until thickened.
- Add cheddar and Gouda; stir until smooth. Add pasta to cheese mixture; season with salt and pepper.
Pro Tip: Want to add some color to your plate? Serve with a side of steamed broccoli for a fiber boost
