Ingredients
1 package (16 ounces) Oscar Mayer® Naturally Hardwood Smoked Thick Cut Bacon, halved crosswise
1/4 cup hot honey, divided, plus additional for serving (optional)
24 large Brussels sprouts, trimmed
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 package (16 ounces) burrata cheese, drained
1 teaspoon garlic stir - in paste
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°; line rimmed baking pan with parchment paper. Twist each slice of bacon and place on prepared pan; roast 15 minutes or until starting to crisp. Carefully drain drippings from pan; drizzle bacon with 3 tablespoons honey. Roast bacon 3 minutes or until crisp; cool completely. Makes about 12 bacon twists.
  2. In large microwave-safe bowl covered with plastic wrap, cook Brussels sprouts in microwave oven on high 5 minutes or until tender; drain and pat dry with paper towel. Spread Brussels sprouts in single layer on second rimmed baking pan. With potato masher or bottom of heavy glass, slowly press down on sprouts to smash; drizzle with oil, and sprinkle with salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Roast sprouts 15 minutes or until crisp, turning once. Makes 24 sprouts.
  3. In food processor, purée cheese, garlic and remaining 1 tablespoon honey on high until smooth, scraping bowl occasionally. Makes about 1 1/2 cups burrata dip.
  4. Serve bacon and Brussels sprouts with burrata dip drizzled with honey, if desired
