Pesto Flatbread Pizza

Ingredients
2 Flatbread pizza crusts
1 heirloom tomato, sliced
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
8 ounces mozzarella cheese, sliced
8 basil leaves
Sea salt to taste
½ jar Barilla® Rustic Basil Pesto
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425° F. Brush flatbread with olive oil. Top with tomato slices and cheese.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is bubbling.
- Drizzle with pesto and top with basil before serving.
- Cook in skillet until well browned, add the remaining butter to the skillet and flip each sandwich. Cook until the cheese is melted and the sandwich is browned
