We believe Mountainside Farms is the purest milk available: Filtered Fresh™ - In additional to pasteurization, we use advanced filtration and clarification technology to improve the purity of our milk. This allows us to deliver a product with improved taste and longer shelf life. *No Hormones Added - Our milk is produced from cows not treated with rBST. The FDA has found no significant difference between milk derived from rBST-treated and non-rBST-treated cows. **No Antibiotics - We test each shipment of milk to ensure there is no antibiotic residue in any of the milk we bottle. Specifically, we test for the presence of eight different antibiotics. These include the beta-lactum, tetracycline, and sulfanamides families of antibiotics. This goes beyond what State and Federal regulations require.
