Preparation & Usage
Directions: 1. Prepare your favorite sauce or marinade in a separate container 2. Fill the barrel of the injector by submerging tip into marinade/sauce and pulling back on the plunger 3. Insert injector tip into meat and press down on plunger to inject marinade/sauce 4. When pushing the plunger; slowly pull the needle and reposition at a slightly different location and angle. This ensures you are flavoring your meat without creating pockets of liquid. Tip: For long thin pieces of meat like chicken breasts or pork chops, insert the needle horizontally. For larger cuts like a roast, inject all over either horizontally or vertically. For bone in cuts of meat. Avoid hitting the bone and avoid injecting marinade/sauce along the bone. Top rack dishwasher safe. To avoid buildup. Wash immediately after use with warm soapy water.
