Indian Head Enriched Stone Ground Self-Rising White Corn Meal Mix is ground - slowly - on old fashioned stone buhrs, from whole kernels of plump white corn. This means you'll get full flavor-goodness in your baking, from the rich wholesome "heart" of the corn, with all its natural oil and vitamins, ground right into the meal. Baking powder, salt and a little flour are already added in just the right amounts to save you the time and trouble of measuring and mixing - and to give you better and more uniform results each time you bake.
