Preparation & Usage
You will need: • 1 lb of baby potatoes • 1 tablespoon oil Directions: Makes 6 servings 1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Wash and pat dry potatoes. 2. Cut potatoes in half. Some may need to be cut in thirds so potatoes are uniform size. 3. In small bowl, mix 1 tbsp of seasoning mix with 1 tbsp of oil. 4. Pour seasoning mixture over potatoes and toss until evenly coated. 5. Place potatoes on a large baking sheet. Bake for 25-35 minutes, turning them over once after 15 minutes. Serving Suggestion Baked Wedges: Cut 3 medium potatoes into wedges. Toss 1 tbsp of seasoning mix and 1/2 tbsp of oil over potatoes. Bake at 400°F for 30-40 minutes, turning them over after 15 minutes.
