Preparation & Usage
Quick Tip Cooking lobster... Plunge headfirst into a 6-8 quart pot of boiling salted water. Cook partially covered over moderately high heat for 8-10 minutes, depending on the size of lobster. Transfer to the sink with tongs to cool. Lobster can be cooked and removed from the shell the day before serving. Cover and refrigerate. Wash before use. Hand wash recommended.
