Spaghetti with Tomatoes & Fresh Herbs

Ingredients
1 (16-oz.) package spaghetti
5 tablespoons I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Original Spread, divided
1 pint red or yellow cherry tomatoes
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
3 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Directions
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain, reserving 1/3 cup pasta water. Return spaghetti to the hot pot.
- Add 2 tablespoons I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! Spread to large skillet and heat over medium-high heat. Add tomatoes and cook, stirring frequently, about 5 minutes or until tomatoes are slightly charred and begin to burst.
- Stir tomatoes, remaining Spread, parsley, and basil into pot and toss with pasta. Add some of the reserved pasta water, if desired.
- Garnish with fresh basil and sprinkle with cheese, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
