Bacon Cheddar Burgers

Ingredients
2 Lbs Ground Beef
4 Oz Bowl & Basket Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
½ Package Bowl & Basket Ready to Eat Bacon
2 Tsp Bowl & Basket Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Lettuce
Tomatos
Onions
Bowl & Basket Burger Buns
Bowl & Basket Ketchup

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 500 degrees and ensure the grill grates are clean and well oiled.
- While grill is preheating, heat bacon according to package directions until warmed through, then chop well.
- Combine chopped bacon, ground beef, cheese, Worcestershire sauce and pepper in a large bowl and mix until everything is well distributed. Form 6-8 burger patties (depending on how large you want them to be).
- When grill is hot, add burgers and grill for 6-7 minutes, flipping once to brown on both sides.
- Remove from grill and serve with classic burger accompaniments like lettuce, sliced tomatoes, onions, ketchup etc.
Note: to prepare this with uncooked bacon, sauté uncooked bacon until fat has rendered but the bacon is not yet crisp. Continue as directed above.
