Preparation & Usage
You will need: For brownie you will need: 1/2 stick (1/4 cup) butter, margarine or spread,* melted 1 tablespoon water 1 egg For cheesecake you will need: 8 ounce cream cheese, softened 1 egg 1. Heat oven to 350°F for aluminum or glass pan or 325°F for nonstick pan. Grease bottom and sides of pan. 2. Stir brownie mix, melted butter, water and egg in large bowl until well blended. Reserve 1/4 cup of batter. Pour remaining batter into pan and spread evenly. 3. Beat Cheesecake Mix, softened cream cheese and egg in large bowl on low speed 30 seconds, then on medium speed 1 minute (batter may be lumpy). Spoon cheesecake mixture over brownie batter and spread evenly. 4. Drop reserved brownie batter by 5 teaspoonfuls onto cheesecake mixture. Pull knife through brownie batter for marbled design. 5. Sprinkle Oreo pieces evenly over cheesecake/brownie. 6. Bake as directed in chart or until cheesecake is lightly golden brown around edges. Refrigerate leftovers. *Spread should have at least 60% vegetable oil. High altitude (3500-6500 ft): No change.
