Ingredients
1 can Pizza Dough
2 oz. (1/4 c) Bowl & Basket Cream Cheese, softened
¼ cup Frank’s RedHot sauce
1 ¼ cups shredded deli rotisserie chicken, chopped
¾ cup Wholesome Pantry Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 egg
1 tbsp milk
1 cup sour cream (or softened cream cheese), for football laces.
Directions

1. Heat oven to 350°F. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese and red pepper sauce until smooth. Mix in chicken and shredded mozzarella cheese just until combined.

2. Using a small cup or cookie cutter, cut out 8 4-inch circles from the pizza dough. Add a rounded tablespoon of chicken mixture to the center of each circle.

3. Fold the pizza dough in half, covering the filling. Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, trim the excess dough to look like football, and press the edges with a fork to seal. Place on a parchment lined cookie sheet about 1 inch apart.

4. In a small bowl, beat the egg and milk; brush the egg mixture over the pizza dough.. Bake for 16 to 19 minutes or until golden brown.

5. In a small, resealable freezer bag, add 2 tablespoons of softened cream cheese, and cut a small corner from one end of the bag. Squeeze 1 line of cream cheese crosswise and 4 lines lengthwise to make laces of football on top of each calzone.
