Cheesy Pickle Chips with Everything Seasoned Ranch

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
24 dill pickle hamburger chips, drained and patted dry
1 1/2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix (from 1 envelope)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons whole milk
1/2 tablespoon everything seasoning plus additional for garnish (optional)
chopped fresh dill for garnish (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°. In small bowl, stir cheeses; divide 1 1/2 cups cheese mixture into 24 standard muffin cups. Add 1 pickle chip to each cup and sprinkle with remaining 1 1/2 cups cheese mixture; bake 8 minutes or until crisp. Makes 24 pickle chips.
- In medium bowl, whisk ranch seasoning, mayonnaise, milk and everything seasoning. Makes about 3/4 cup dressing mixture.
- Serve pickle chips with dressing mixture garnished with fresh dill and/or everything seasoning, if desired.
