Strawberries Sweetheart Mocktail
Prep Time5 Minutes
00Ingredients
¼ cup chopped fresh strawberries
3 oz cream or dairy free alternative like coconut milk or oat milk
Ice
3-4 oz Bowl & Basket Specialty Strawberry Italian Soda
Fresh strawberries, for garnish (optional)
Directions
- Add chopped strawberries and cream to the cocktail shaker and muddle/crush berries until cream turns pink. Add add to fill the shaker halfway, then cover and shake to chill the cream mixture.
- Strain the strawberry cream into glass, then fill the remaining space in the glass with strawberry soda (the cream will rise so leave a little room for it to grow!)
- Garnish with a few strawberries cut into hearts, if desired.
