Preparation & Usage
Cold use: Freeze in plastic bag for 3 hours before use. Warm use: - Thaw before use. Do not put frozen product directly into microwave. - Remove from packaging. - Microwave on low for 30 second increments until product reaches desired temperature. (Note: May vary based on microwave wattage) How to wear: Check temperature for comfort before wearing. If desired temperature, place over desired neck, shoulder, or back area and gently wrap the upper and lower straps adjusting for fit. Cleaning instructions: Use a damp cloth to wipe down. Lay flat & air dry. Do not get wet. Do not wash, bleach or dry clean, iron, or put in the dryer. Please retain package insert for future reference.
