Preparation & Usage
For great tasting street tacos 1. Season 1 lb. sliced or cubed steak* with 1 packet Ortega® Street Taco Seasoning Mix. Heat 1 tbsp. oil in skillet, cook steak over medium heat until browned and thoroughly cooked. *or 1 lb. ground beef, browned, drained, add ¾ cup water and seasoning mix, heat until thickened. 2. Serve with 12 warmed 6 inch Ortega® Flour Tortillas (or Ortega® yellow corn taco shells) and your favorite toppings.
