Steamed and toasted together to make these delicious and sustaining breakfast flakes with an extra boost of fiber. Each serving of these toasted flakes contains 21% of the recommended daily value of fiber. Foods made with whole grains keep all the parts of the grain intact retaining its natural content in nutrients. We never use: Genetically modified ingredients, controversial additives or hydrogenated fats. Nicoli manages and directly controls all stages of its supply chain; from the growing to the storage, and processing of highest quality gluten free cereals. This allows us to have complete traceability. Dedicated facility The gluten free Nicoli lines are entirely manufactured and packaged in a dedicated facility, authorized by the Italian Ministry of Health.
