Ingredients
16 oz 1 package Bronx City Baking pizza dough
16 oz 1 package Premio™ sweet Italian ground sausage
1/2 cup alfredo roasted garlic pasta sauce
1/2 cup ShopRite® part skim ricotta cheese
1/2 cup thinly sliced Bowl & Basket™ spinach
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400°; spray bottom side of rimmed baking pan with cooking spray. On lightly floured work surface, roll dough into 12-inch circle; carefully transfer to prepared pan and bake 8 minutes or until lightly browned.

 

2. Heat large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sausage; cook and stir 8 minutes or until golden brown, breaking up sausage with side of spoon. Transfer sausage to paper towel-lined plate.

 

3. Leaving ½-inch border, spread crust with sauce; dollop with cheese and top with sausage. Bake pizza 10 minutes or until edges are golden brown.

 

4. Transfer pizza to cutting board; top with spinach and cut into 8 slices. Chef Tips: Customize this recipe by swapping the Alfredo sauce with Victoria® marinara sauce and/or the ricotta cheese with ShopRite® shredded mozzarella.
