1. Heat large saucepot over medium-high heat; spray with cooking spray. Add sausage; cook and stir 5 minutes or until golden brown. Add broth and rigatoni; heat to a simmer. Cook and stir 4 minutes. Add zucchini noodles; cook and stir 5 minutes or until pasta is al dente and noodles are tender. Stir in greens; remove from heat. Makes about 6 cups.
2. Serve soup sprinkled with cheese, if desired.
