Use Your Lids Fill jars according to your recipe instructions. Wipe any food from rims of jar. Center new lids on jars. Apply bands adjust until fit is fingertip tight. Check the Seal After processing, all jars to cool for 12 to 24 hr before checking seat. Press center of lid. Lid should not flex up and down when pressed.
