Preparation & Usage

Directions: Ferrara Espresso makes an excellent cup of coffee every time, either brewed by drip, filter, or using any type of espresso machine. Filter or Drip Method: Measure 1 tablespoon per 6 ounces (¾ cup) water. Adjust the amount to your taste. Standard Espresso Machine: Follow manufacturer's directions for the coffee amount. Three Part Moka Espresso Maker: Fill the bottom chamber with cold water, place metal filter on top and fill with coffee. Screw on top chamber and follow manufacturer's directions for heating. Always use cold water and a clean coffee maker while making espresso using any method; never allow coffee to boil. Try cappuccino for a special treat: add hot frothed milk to espresso coffee and top with a sprinkling of chocolate powder or cinnamon.
