Chicken, Rice & Tortilla Soup: 2 cups cooked shredded chicken, 1 sliced jalapeño pepper, 1/8 cup chicken broth, 3 tortillas chopped. Stir in with rice, heat and serve. Caribbean Rice: 4 tbsp La Preferida Mojo Marinade, 1 cup cooked chicken or cooked pork. Stir in with rice, heat and serve. Directions: In medium saucepan, bring 1 2/3 cups of water to a boil. Add contents of pouch and stir well. Bring back to a boil. Reduce heat to medium, cover and simmer for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to stand, covered, 8 minutes. Stir before serving.
