A delicious creamy tomato sauce based Indian recipe made with white meat chicken or vegetables and plenty of bold spices including garlic, ginger, cumin and coriander.
Preparation & Usage
Chicken can be replaced with lamb/ prawns/ mixed vegetables/ cottage cheese. Chef's Tip: Garnish with fresh cream, dollop of butter and fresh coriander leaves. Serve with basmati rice or buttery naan. Easy to Cook Simply Add Vegetable Oil/Butter Diced Chicken Water Heat 1 tbsp. of oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add 350 g of chicken and fry for 2-3 min, or until sealed. Add half of the contents of sauce and sprinkle over the contents of the spice cap and stir fry for 1-2 min. Add the remaining sauce and water (if desired), simmer gently, stirring occasionally, until the meat is cooked throughout.
