Product Detail

For gas and diesel engines to help: • clean injectors • clean carb jets • stabilize fuels • control moisture in fuels • quiet noisy lifters • clean deposits • add lubricity to fuel • lube upper cylinders • de-ice & anti-gel Quick Action A petroleum-based product for use in all gasoline and diesel type engines, both 2-cycle and 4-cycle engines. Sea Foam can be used continuously is all fuels for cleaning or preventative maintenance. Oxygen sensor safe. ★ Cleaner engines generally produce fewer emissions. ★ Cleans dirty engine parts internally by helping remove gum, varnish and deposits. Works and performs quickly. ★ Helps control moisture in fuel tanks. ★ Helps stabilize and condition fuels for engine storage. ★ Helps reduce hesitations and rough idle due to deposit build-up. When added to crankcase (oil) helps: • Quiet noisy lifters and clean dirty parts due to deposit build-up One pint of Sea Foam® will treat 16 quarts of oil. (Use 1 oz. per qt.) For use in all motor oils including synthetic. Can be used before or after oil change. When oil becomes dirty, change oil. When used in fuel line, vacuum or induction systems helps: • Clean intake valves & pistons due to deposit build-up • Reduce hesitations & rough idle due to deposit build-up • Restore power & pickup lost due to deposit build-up • Clean throttle plate due to deposit build-up The safest, most effective way to induce Sea Foam® into the top end of engines without professional assistance is to use Sea Foam® spray top engine cleaner and lube with cleaning tube and patented S-tool hook guide. To perform this procedure through the air induction systems on all 2-cycle and 4-cycle engines, just follow all instructions and illustrations on the Sea Foam® spray top engine cleaner and lube can. Sea Foam® is not for use through diesel air intake systems. Very Important: Only professional certified technicians should use the vacuum line method, as it is imperative that the technician use a vacuum line that safely feeds all cylinders, as this varies with every engine. • For use in injector cleaning machines, use 50% Sea Foam® 50% fuel • For use in induction cleaning machines as directed • Prime diesel fuel filters with Sea Foam® for best results to help clean injectors • Safe to use Sea Foam® Motor Treatment with a higher ratio in fuel for cleaning. A ratio of 50% Sea Foam® and 50% fuel maximum. When added to gas or diesel fuel tanks helps: • Clean fuel injectors & carb jets due to deposit build-up • Control moisture in fuel • Conditions diesel fuels, de-ice & anti-gel • Lube upper cylinders • Stabilize fuels Use 1 oz. per gallon in all types of gas or diesel engines, including all oil-injected gas 2-cycle engines. When used in small (2-cycle or 4-cycle) engines helps: • Restore power lost due to deposit build-up • Control moisture in fuels • Clean injectors and carb jets due to deposit build-up • Smooth rough idle due to deposit build-up • Stabilize fuels Use 1 oz. per gallon on all 4-cycle engine fuel and all oil-injected 2-cycle engine fuel. Use 2 oz. per gallon on all 2-cycle pre-mixed fuel. Add more to clean, less to maintain. Does not replace oil. Use continuously. For tune-up of small engines, slowly induce Sea Foam® direct into fuel line or air intake system while engine is running. Stop and let soak for 5 minutes, restart engine to clear extreme exhaust. Repeat as needed. To store & fog engines, slowly induce Sea Foam® into air intake system and spark-plug holes, saturating internal parts. When aerosol Sea Foam® is desired, use Sea Foam® spray top engine cleaner & lube. This gasoline additive is safe for use in all gasoline engines. This diesel fuel additive complies with the federal low sulfur content requirements for use in diesel motor vehicles and non-road equipment engines.

Preparation & Usage

Use in gas, gas-ethanol blends, diesel or biodiesel blends Use in oil • Use in injector & induction cleaning machines • Internal engine use only • 2-cycle • 4-cycle • Diesel • Cars • Trucks • Boats • Tractors • Small Engines • When aerosol Sea Foam® is desired, use Sea Foam® spray top engine cleaner & lube Use Sea Foam® every 2,000 to 5,000 miles for maintenance.
