Ingredients
1 pound green beans, trimmed
3 tablespoons Country Crock Drizzle and Sizzle
Salt, to taste
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Once boiling, add green beans and boil for 3-4 minutes, or until tender but still a little crunchy. Drain the green beans and set aside.
- Add Country Crock Drizzle and Sizzle to a large skillet and heat over medium-high. Once Drizzle and Sizzle is melted and bubbling, transfer drained green beans to skillet. Cook, without tossing, until lightly charred and blistered on one side, 3 to 4 minutes. Season string beans with salt.
- Add garlic and red pepper flakes to the skillet, and cook for another minute, or until garlic is fragrant. Serve immediately.
