Cupid’s Cold Brew Mocktail

1 oz cream or dairy free alternative like coconut milk or oat milk
½ oz simple syrup or sweetener of choice
Ice
Splash of seltzer water or club soda
Directions
- Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice, then pour in cold brew, cream and simple syrup. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds, then strain into serving glass.
- Finish the mocktail with a splash of seltzer water or club soda.
- Garnish with 2-3 coffee beans, if desired.
