The classic style Good Cook Everyday Corer Peeler will feel familiar as you use it. It's great for peeling all kinds of produce, for zesting citrus, and even for scaling fish. The pointed end and serrated edge can be used to remove the eyes from potatoes or to core apples. The stationary blade is made from sturdy stainless steel and is sharpened on both sides, for two-way peeling and for right- and left-handed cooks. When all the prep work is done, this is top rack dishwasher safe for super-easy cleaning.
