Preparation & Usage
All You Need: ⅔ cup oil ¼ cup water 2 eggs Substitutions Eggs: Use 3 egg whites Or ½ cup egg substitute for the eggs Baking Instructions 1. Set oven to 350°F for metal or glass pan. For dark-coated pan, set oven to 325°F. Coat bottom of pan with non-stick cooking spray. 2. Beat water, oil and egg in a medium bowl until fully blended. Add brownie mix and stir until blended, about 50 strokes. Spread into pan. Sprinkle candy coated chips evenly over top of batter and bake immediately. 3. Bake at 350° F for metal or glass pan and 325° F for dark coated pan. Bake as directed in chart below or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean. Cut and serve when completely cooled. Store loosely covered. Pan size: Thick 13 * 9-inch; Bake time*: 28 to 31 min. Pan size: Thicker 9 * 9-inch; Bake time*: 30 to 35 min. Pan size: Thickest 8 * 8-inch; Bake time*: 45 to 50 min. Double batch: Coat bottom of 15x10-inch baking pan. Combine 2 packages brownie mix, 1 cup oil, 1/2 cup water and 4 eggs; mix as directed above. Bake at 350°F for 35 to 37 minutes* *Directions developed using conventional ovens. Ovens vary; baking time may need to be adjusted.
