Ingredients
1 pkg Just Crack an Egg All American Scramble Kit
3 Slices Oscar Mayer Original Naturally Hardwood Smoked Bacon
1 Wholesome Pantry Carrot
1 Egg
1 Olive, sliced
2 Sprigs Dill
Directions
- Set your oven to 400°F.
- Pierce a slice of Oscar Mayer Original Naturally Hardwood Smoked Bacon with a skewer. Wrap the bacon around the skewer to form a rose shape. Repeat with additional slices of bacon.
- Place the bacon roses on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20-23 minutes, or until crispy.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Combine the contents of the Just Crack an Egg All American Scramble Kit with one egg, mixing well.
- Pour the mixture into the pan and once cooked, fold the omelet in half to create a half-circle shape. Set aside.
- Cut Wholesome Pantry Carrots into 3 half-circle slices, 5 mini triangles, and 2 long, skinny strips.
- Place the folded omelet in the center of a plate with the folded side facing down.
- Arrange the carrot half-circles on top of the omelet to represent wings. Position the small carrot triangles on top of the omelet to create the beak and comb. Place the carrot strips at the bottom of the omelet to form legs. Add a sliced olive to resemble the rooster’s eye.
- Add the cooked bacon roses around the bottom of the omelet, beneath the legs.
- Garnish with fresh dill around the bacon roses. Enjoy!
