No Bake Peach Cobbler Trifle

1 store bought pound cake, thawed if frozen
8-10 fresh peaches, pitted and sliced
4 tbsp Bowl & Basket brown sugar
2 tbsp Bowl & Basket granulated sugar
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 package Wholesome Pantry Vanilla Almond Granola
1 container Bowl & Basket Extra Creamy Whipped Topping, thawed
Directions
- Toss the peach slices with the brown sugar, granulated sugar and lemon juice and let sit for 10-15 minutes or until peaches have softened slightly and released some of their juices.
- While waiting for peaches, cut pound cake into small cubes.
- When ready to assemble, place one layer of pound cake pieces in the bottom of a glass or personal serving bowl. Layer with peach mixture, then whipped topping, then granola. Repeat until the glass is full. Top with additional granola if desired and serve.
