Spicy Sausage Vodka Rigatoni

Ingredients
1 package Bowl & Basket Specialty Rigatoni Pasta
1 tbs Bowl & Basket Specialty Olive Oil
1 lb Spicy Italian Sausage, casings removed
1 jar Bowl & Basket Specialty Vodka Sauce
Directions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Once boiling, add pasta and cook according to package directions for al dente.
- Drain.
- While pasta is cooking, heat oil in a large skillet, then add sausage and sauté until browned and fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes.
- Drain excess grease before adding al dente pasta and the vodka sauce to the skillet.
- Finish cooking the pasta for an additional minute in the sauce before serving.
- For added heat, top with red chili flakes!
