1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Meanwhile, slice the baguette into ½ inch thick slices. One whole baguette should yield about 21 pieces.
3. Toasted the slices for four minutes in the oven, or until a slight crisp.
4. Meanwhile, slice the shallot in thin slices and chop the rosemary coarsely.
5. To build the bite, spread a teaspoon of Boursin® Garlic & Herb Cheese onto the bread and top it with a slice of Deli Roast Beef. Top the roast beef with sliced shallots and crumble the fresh rosemary
