Ingredients
1 lb Beef Eye Round Roast
1 cup La Choy® Teriyaki Sauce
1 tbs Vegetable Oil
12 oz Broccoli Florets
2 tbs Water
1 can (8 oz each) Sliced Water Chestnuts, drained
Directions

1. Stir together beef and 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce in medium bowl.

 

2. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook beef in batches until browned, about 4 minutes. Remove to a plate.

 

3. Add broccoli and water to skillet. Cover and cook 2 minutes, until broccoli is crisp-tender.

 

4. Stir in beef, water chestnuts and remaining 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce; cook until sauce is bubbling. Serve.
