Ingredients
1 box Boursin Basil & Chive Cheese
1 cup sundried tomatoes in oil, chopped, plus some for topping
2 cloves garlic
2 tbs lemon juice, plus some for topping
1/4 cup fresh basil
Crostini
Directions

1. Place Boursin Basil & Chive Cheese, sundried tomatoes, garlic and lemon juice in a blender or food processor.

 

2. Blend until ingredients are combined and smooth.

 

3. Scrape edges and blend as needed.

 

4. Transfer dip into a serving bowl or on a platter.

 

5. Top dip with hand-torn basil.

 

6. Sprinkle with chopped sundried tomatoes and drizzle with lemon juice and oil from tomatoes.

 

7. Serve with crostini.
