Ingredients
Grilling cooking spray
3 pounds freshly ground chuck (80% lean)
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
8 slices deli American cheese
8 Brioche hamburger buns, toasted
8 leaves green leaf lettuce
Sliced red onion
Vlasic® Ovals Hamburger Dill Chips
Hunt's® Tomato Ketchup
Directions

1. Spray cold grates of gas grill with grilling spray; preheat for medium-high heat. Divide and shape beef into eight 6-ounce patties. Press down slightly in the center of each patty to make the burger thinner in the center, this will help the burger cook evenly.

2. Season burgers on both sides with salt and pepper. Grill burgers until charred (160°F), 15 to 18 minutes, turning occasionally. Top with cheese and cook until melted.

3. Place burgers on buns and top with lettuce, onion, pickles and ketchup.
