The Taste of a Memory In 1925 Aron Streit opened his first matzo bakery. That was on Rivington Street in Manhattan's Lower East Side, a place that would become as famous for its food as for its Yiddish theater. A tasty kugel, a hearty soup,a delicious matzo ball. Preparation & Usage

Directions 1. Empty contents of envelope into shaking bag. 2. Moisten chicken with water and shake off excess liquid. 3. Shake 2 or 3 pieces of chicken in the bag at a time until evenly coated. 4. Place chicken one layer deep on an ungreased shallow pan. Bake at 400°F for 40-50 minutes, turning pieces once during cooking. *Coats 2 1/2 lbs. of chicken pieces.
