Preparation & Usage
Just Fill & Bake Baking Directions: Pre-Baked Crusts Creams, meringnes and other creations 1. Remove shell from freezer. Let shell thaw about 15 minutes. 2. Preheat oven and cookie sheet to 350°F. 3. With a fork thoroughly prick shell bottom and sides, 4. Bake for 10-20 minutes or until brown. 5. Cool before filling. Note: If shell puffs during baking reprick & continue baking. One Crust Pie Quiches, custard and other creations 1. Preheat oven and cookie sheet per recipe. 2. Pour desired filling into frozen shell 3. Bake until pie tests done as called for in your recipe. Do Not Prick Crust with Fork Double Crust Pies Fruit pies, meat pies, vegetable pies and other creations 1. Remove one shell from freezer, place onto waxed paper. Let thaw until flat, using rolling pin as needed. 2. Preheat oven and cookie sheet as per recipe. 3. Pour desired filling into a frozen shell. Top with flattened crust 4. Tuck edge of top crust, seal and crimp. Cut slits in top crust for steam to escape. 5. Bake on cookie sheet near center of oven at desired temperature. Holds Approx. 3 Cups To avoid spills, always remove pie from oven on cookie sheet. To mend cracked crust broken in transit: Thaw crust, moisten fingers and press cracks together.
