Preparation & Usage

Directions for preparation & use Add 4 unpacked level scoops (1/3 cup, 36 g) of powder to 6 fluid ounces of water. Shake well, serve immediately. Store Dry scoop in can. Not meant to be used as a sole source of nutrition but may be used to complement the diet.
