Don't be fooled by its size, this mini grater is small but mighty. The stainless steel teeth have been chemically etched, which means they're incredibly sharp and efficient. There are three different types of grating holes: a row of coarse holes for cheddar and gouda (to fold into your famous baked mac and cheese); a row of fine holes for Parmesan cheese, chocolate, and spices; and a row of zester holes to zest lemons and limes (for baked goods, dressings, and marinades) while leaving the bitter white rind behind. Just rotate the grater to access the side you need and get to work—the shreds will collect in the base until you lift the tool.
