Ingredients
1 pkg. (12 oz.) Frozen Corn, thawed
1 cup Sour Cream
4 oz. (1/2-8 oz. pkg) Cream Cheese, softened
1 Jalapeno, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. Chopped Fresh Cilantro
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Signature Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese, divided
1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
Directions
  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine corn, sour cream, cream cheese, jalapeno, cilantro, 3/4 cup shredded cheese and 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese.
  3. Spoon into 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray. Top with remaining cheese.
  4. Bake 15 to 20 min. or until dip is heated through and top is lightly browned.
