Preparation & Usage
Cooking Directions 1. Do not defrost. If any gnocchi are frozen together in the bag, firmly hit against a hard surface to separate. 2. Place gnocchi in 3-4 quarts (per bag) of rapidly boiling salted water. 3. Stir until all gnocchi rise to the surface. 4. When second boil occurs and all gnocchi have risen, cook uncovered (stirring frequently) for 3-5 minutes or until desired tenderness. 5. Drain and serve with sauce.
