Bread Crumb Coating Coating Instructions: • Season Panko Style Crumbs with your favorite flavor. • For best results, flatten chicken using a mallet, generously brush with olive oil then coat with panko crumbs. Pan-Fry Instructions: • Preheat 4 tbsp vegetable oil in frying pan over medium heat. • Cook chicken 4-5 min per side until golden brown & cooked thoroughly. Baking Instructions: • Preheat oven to 400°F (180°C). • Bake chicken breast for 35-40 min or chicken fingers for 15-20 min. • Flip at half way point for crispier coating. Preparation tips: Always cook chicken to internal temperature of 165°F (73°C) before serving.
