Ingredients
6-8 cups Romaine or Butter Lettuce, chopped
1 Red Onion, peeled and chopped
2 Zucchini, chopped
1 pint Cherry Tomatoes, halved
2 ears of Corn, shucked
2 cups Grilled Chicken, sliced or chopped
Wholesome Pantry Green Goddess Dressing, for serving
Directions
  1. If desired, saute onion, zucchini and corn for 3-5 minutes in a few tsp of olive oil to deepen flavors. Let cool.
  2. Toss everything together with the desired amount of goddess dressing and serve.
