Preparation & Usage
Use & Care: • Before first use, wash your cookware with warm water and a liquid dishwashing detergent using a non-abrasive sponge or soft bristle brush. • When cooking for the first time, wipe the interior with a light coat of cooking oil to condition the cooking surface. • Use low to medium heat for most conventional cooking. • Do not use metal utensils, sharp instruments or appliances such as electric mixers to cut, chop, release or whip foods in any non-stick skillet. Such use will damage the non-stick finish and destroy the cookware permanently. • ChefElect non-stick fry pan is 100% dishwasher safe. Allow pans to cool thoroughly before dishwashing. Never immerse a hot pan in cold water; doing so can cause irreparable warping of the pan. Tip: Remove food from the refrigerator 10-15 minutes before you intend to cook. Frozen food is more likely to stick to a hot pan.
